Where are the cityresorts.com accommodation?



All of our lodgings are situated in and around cities and major towns. Property specific details give location information, and our staff are always available to give further details if required.
Do I need a car if I choose cityresorts.com accommodation?



All of our accommodation are located close to most amenities such as shops, bars, restaurants, parks etc. Taxis are plentiful and reliable, and clean, inexpensive public transport are within easy access.
Have you any information about activities?




There are a multitude of activities in most cities. Why not take a look at our Where to Play page for information about tourist attractions, restaurants, bars, and other entertainments? If you need information about a specific interest or activity, please contact us - we're here to help you.
What do I need to bring with me?



All properties are ready to live in so all linen is supplied and household items including bathroom towels, cutlery, plates, etc. Just bring your usual travel bag as for a hotel stay.
How often is my accommodation serviced?



Usually accommodation is visited at least once a week by the housekeeping staff for bedding changes, fresh towels etc. It is often possible to arrange more frequent servicing for an agreed fee. Please check at time of booking.
How do I find my accommodation?



The staff of cityresorts.com will provide you with all the necessary information to make the introduction to your accommodation run smoothly.
How do I pay?



Although most of our guests prefer to pay by credit card, we do accept several means of payment - please see our Terms and Conditions page.
Is there a laundry service available?



All accommodation have washing and ironing facilities unless otherwise specified. Outside laundry facilities are also normally available in most locations.
Are there telephones in the accommodation?



Many of the accommodation have telephone service available. Some also have fax. and e-mail services. If required, you can hire a 'Pay As You Go' digital mobile phone from cityresorts.com - Please check at time of booking.
Who stays with cityresorts.com?



We have clients visiting Cities on vacation or business, maybe staying for a few days or a few weeks. Corporations also use cityresorts.com when relocating employees.
Do you charge by the person?



No - our charges are for the accomodation unit, so groups or friends and families can make huge savings compared with hotel rooms of equal quality.
Are there any additional charges?



There are no additional costs unless mentioned in the accommodation description, and detailed on your booking confirmation.
Can you arrange transfer from airport/ferry terminals?



cityresorts.com can help you with all travel requirements.

What are your check in/ check out times?

Normal check out time would be 12 noon and normal check in time 1400 hours (2:00pm). Please advise us if these times are not convenient.
